Customers in the contiguous United States may return eligible products within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

3.1 Conditions for Return

  • Unused and Undamaged: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.
  • Original Packaging: Items must be in their original, unopened packaging, with all labels and tags attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

3.2 Ineligible Items for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or made-to-order products, including:
    • Factory-installed locks, alarms, or thermometers.
    • Panel-ready units, ADA-compliant models, or stainless steel-wrapped products.
    • Refrigerators/freezers with factory-installed icemakers.
  • Glass door models with stainless handles or factory-installed tints.
  • Opened or used products.
  • Buyer’s remorse returns.

4. Return Process

4.1 Initiating a Return

To initiate a return:

  • Provide your order number and reason for the return.

4.2 Preparing Your Return

  • Package the Item Safely: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and free gifts.
  • Include Documentation: Include any required return authorization forms and supporting documents.
  • Attach Shipping Label: If applicable, affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the package.

4.3 Shipping the Return

  • Shipping Method: Use a trackable courier service for all returns.
  • Return Window: Ship the item within 7 days of receiving return authorization.

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • After Shipment: Orders canceled after shipment will be treated as a return and will incur:
